Billing, privacy and cancelling

Good to know: Several iPhone apps with "Candy AI" in the name are sold by other developers (for example "Candy AI Companion Chat" by Dana Sabitova and "Candy: Ai Video Generator" by 力克 雷). We found no App Store app from EverAI Limited, the company named on candy.ai.

Our take

Candy's headline price of $3.99 a month is the 12-month plan, paid up front. Month to month it costs $13.99, with the first month at $9.99. Every plan includes 100 tokens a month for images, video and voice, but Candy doesn't publish what one image costs in tokens or what extra tokens cost before you sign up, so heavy image use can cost more than the plan. Charges show as "EverAI" on your statement, and you can pay by card or crypto. Several look-alike "Candy AI" apps in the App Store come from other developers.
